These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Ocibel and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Ocibel website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

2. ORDER

5. PAYMENT
Several payment methods are offered to the buyer.

6. AVAILABILITY
Product availability is indicated on the site, in the description sheet for each item:
- An open green jar indicates that there are at least 15 products in stock.
- An open yellow jar indicates that there are less than 15 products in stock.
- An open red jar indicates that there are no more products in stock and that the product is therefore out of stock.

7. DELIVERY / OWNERSHIP
The online sale of the products presented on the site is granted to buyers who reside throughout the world and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated when ordering, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.
Delivery times are given as an indication. If they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
We offer different types of deliveries, GLS in 24h/48h, TNT in 24h and Colissimo in 48h/72h.

- If you have not received your order within 30 days, after checking the tracking of your order and if it turns out that the package has been lost, damaged or indicated as delivered on the tracking when it has not, a sworn statement indicating that you have not received your package and a copy of your identity document will be requested, after receipt of these documents, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund, at Ocibel's discretion, within 15 days.
In case of return of the package for the reasons NPAI (Does Not Live at the Address Indicated), AI (Incomplete Address) or any other reason which would not be an error on our part, the payment of the return costs by the means of payment you wish will be requested to return your package.
The products sold remain the full property of the Ocibel company until full payment of all sums owed by the buyer in connection with their order, including costs and taxes.
Ocibel will not be responsible for the transfer of ownership of an Ocibel product by the buyer to a third party.
Only the original purchaser of this product may claim access to the clauses of these general conditions of sale.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Buyers, whether individuals or professionals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to return the product to Ocibel for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

9. REIMBURSEMENT

10. RETURN

11. WARRANTY
All products supplied by the Ocibel company benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

12. RECYCLING OF SMALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
When the buyer orders an electrical device, UV lamp, sander, compressor, Freshbox, etc. on the site, an ecotax including tax is added to the price including tax of the product.
The Ocibel company pays this ecotax to the ecosystem organization of which it is a member.
This organization allows all these electrical devices to be recycled.
You can therefore return your old device, purchased in our store, accompanied by the invoice, and we will take care of recycling them.

14. DISPUTE
