What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, PayPal Wallet, and Shop Pay. You can also use Alma to pay in 2, 3, or 4 installments.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, thanks to our partner Alma, you can pay for your purchases in 2, 3, or 4 installments on orders of €100 or more.

How can I be sure that my payment is secure?

All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Your banking details are never stored by Ocibel.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

No, we do not accept bank transfers as a means of payment.

Have you received my payment? Has my order been received?

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

Is the payment debited immediately?

Yes, the amount is debited as soon as your order is confirmed.

Is online payment secure?

Yes, all transactions use an SSL protocol, and your banking details are never stored.

Can I save my card for a future purchase?

No, Ocibel does not store any banking details. Your information remains completely confidential.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

Please check the information you entered and your bank limits. You can also use another payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Alma, etc.).

Do you offer gift cards or promo codes?

Yes, you can enter your promo code or gift card directly at the payment step.
