Your order placed on www.ocibel.com will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days from Monday to Friday after receipt of your payment.
During busy periods (sales, Christmas, public holidays, etc.) your order may take a few extra days to be shipped.
These delivery times are for guidance only . We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
The tracking number will be sent by email and accessible in your customer account.
We ship to France / DOM TOM, Europe and Internationally .
Please note : Transport risks are covered provided that the buyer has checked the goods upon arrival and has made a written reservation on the carrier's delivery note in the event of damage to the package and/or the goods.

If you are not there when the delivery is made, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox or by the caretaker; in this case, the person's name will be indicated on your delivery notice. Please follow the instructions on the delivery notice. Within 15 days, you can collect your package from your nearest post office, using proof of identity.
