The Line Out Miracle helps to remove air bubbles from the filling line, you will avoid the detachment of your new pose. The Line Out Miracle will stick the old and the new layer of gel to become one.
When you did the filing before the fill, there may be air bubbles in the small gel peel line.
Applying the Line Out Miracle on top helps to remove these air bubbles and prevents detachment, you can then carry out your filling without having to worry about the gel coming off underneath.

Use:
Apply a thin layer of Line Out Miracle over the small fill line.
Then apply the filling gel on top and cure under the lamp.
