Use:
Grain 100/180 (medium)
Use this grit to facilitate the filing of UV gel and capsule.

Advice:
Use the 100/180 grit to file natural nails or remove irregularities from UV gel nails.
Always use the file in the same direction (from the side towards the center) to avoid splitting. Back and forth with the file weakens the nail.
