Grain 180 (medium)
Use this grit to facilitate the filing of UV gel and capsule.

Advice:
Use grit 180 to file down the bulk of the UV gel nail.
Always use the file in the same direction (from the side towards the center) to avoid splitting. Back and forth with the file weakens the nail.
