Biscotti Construction Gel: Structure and Precision

This medium-viscosity self-leveling hard gel allows you to work on the nail structure while making it easier to achieve an even surface. Its stable texture helps control application and limit the need for filing touch-ups.

Complete your application with Doctor Top Clear. Its flexible, self-regenerating formula helps reduce micro-scratches caused by daily activities and preserves a long-lasting, diamond-effect shine.

Its fluid, self-leveling texture leaves a smooth, transparent finish. Residue-free after curing, it requires no cleaning with a cleanser. It is suitable for semi-permanent nail polish, gel, acrygel, and acrylic resin applications.

Usage Tips and Curing

Choose the gel suited to your technique, then finish your application with Doctor Top. The two gels can be used separately depending on the desired result.

1. Prepare the nail: prepare the cuticles, mattify, and degrease the nail plate. Use a primer if necessary, according to the product protocol.
2. With the gel in a pot: apply a thin adhesion layer, then perform your construction. Cure each layer for 90 to 120 seconds depending on the lamp. The manufacturer indicates 90 seconds with a compatible lamp in the 385–395 nm range. Remove the inhibition layer with a cleanser before any potential filing.
3. With the gel in a bottle: apply the product with the brush and cure each layer for 60 seconds. Repeat if necessary to build the apex. For an extension up to 5 mm, first create the support on a nail form, cure, then build the nail and cure again. Degrease and file if necessary.
4. Finish with Doctor Top: apply a thin layer and cure for 60 continuous seconds under a suitable LED/UV lamp. No final degreasing is necessary.

Lamp compatibility: check before use that your lamp is suitable for the gels. The manufacturer states that some lamps with a wavelength range different from 385–395 nm may not ensure proper curing. Follow the specific instructions for each product and your lamp.
