Use :
1. After applying your gel or semi-permanent varnish, apply a layer of Blooming Gel, do not catalyze.
2. Place the drops of colored gel or semi-permanent varnish and leave a few seconds for the color to diffuse. As soon as you are satisfied with the result, catalyze for 60 seconds.
3. Apply a coat of Mirror or Velvet Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds under the lamp.
